Returning to Self:
A 4-Week Inner Child Regression & Embodiment Container
Across four weeks, you move through a transformational sequence:
Receiving → Connection → Being Seen → Embodiment
From self-protection → openness
From disconnection → belonging
From hiding → expression
From survival → presence
This is a guided healing journey designed to support you in rewiring the subconscious patterns that keep you disconnected from your emotional needs, your relationships, your visibility, and your embodied self.
Built as a continuation of the Inner Child Regression Workshop (focused on establishing safety), this container begins where safety has been introduced and gently expands into the deeper layers of healing: receiving, connection, being seen, and embodiment.
Each week includes guided regression work, nervous system integration, subconscious reprogramming, somatic practices, journaling prompts, and reflective embodiment assignments.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to the self that existed before survival patterns took over.
Week One- Receiving
In this first week, we explore the subconscious belief that love, support, care, and abundance must be earned.
You will meet the younger version of yourself who learned to over-give, over-function, or shut down needs in order to feel safe.
This week begins the soft undoing of hyper-independence and self-abandonment, opening the nervous system to the experience of receiving without guilt, fear, or over-efforting.
This week explores the attachment patterns formed through inconsistency, emotional distance or relational unpredictability.
You will work with the inner child who learned to protect themselves from disappointment by disconnecting first.
Through guided regression you begin to rebuild a felt sense of safety in connection with yourself and others without self-abandonment.
Week two- Connection
Week Four- Embodiment
This week addresses visibility wounds including fear of judgment, rejection, criticism or emotional exposure.
You will meet the parts of yourself that learned it was safer to shrink, stay quiet or hide your truth.
This week supports reclaiming voice, authenticity and self-expression, while gently expanding your capacity to be seen without collapsing or performing.
Week three- Being Seen
The final week is about integration.
Rather than continuing to heal from the past, you begin to anchor a new identity rooted in self-trust, presence, and embodiment.
You will connect with your future self, the version of you who is no longer led by survival patterns, but by alignment, intuition, and inner authority.
This week is where healing becomes lived experience.
