You are the Technology

Hey y'all, hey! Happy Wednesday! Wednesdays are ruled by the planet Mercury, which governs technology, communication, and wisdom. In a world full of information and artificial intelligence, there is no shortage of knowledge out here in these internet streets. Knowledge is accessible to those in search of it; we can only grow and expand to the extent of our ability to ask the sometimes difficult but necessary questions.

I believe everyone carries profound innate wisdom within themselves, but because we are taught to seek answers externally, we often overlook the answers within us. If you’ve ever worked with me, you know the first thing I always recommend is journaling/automatic writing. When we ask questions, our minds naturally try to find the answer, and from my experience, journaling gives the time and space for our thoughts to flow out without the self-sabotage and imposter syndrome of believing you aren’t qualified to answer said questions. Our mind has access to all our soul memories stored in our subconscious (the akasha), and when we journal, we tap into our memory bank and begin to channel aspects of our soul’s essence that hold infinite wisdom.

As someone who offers readings and spiritual guidance, this is often a point of friction because while I love to offer people an opportunity to see through blind spots or see things from a higher perspective, I also do not want to be the reason someone is bypassing their own wisdom and ability to seek truth within themselves. My philosophy is that I am only holding the space and walking with you as you journey back home to self… I am only reminding you of your ability to heal yourself.

I want to leave you with a journal prompt for today: Take a moment to breathe and relax your body (you can listen to one of the meditations on my YouTube playlist if that helps) and begin writing.

  1. What is the biggest soul lesson I am learning right now?

  2. How is this showing up for me?

  3. How can I be in acceptance of where I am in this current moment?
